• Your challenge progress, streaks, checklists, favorites, and journal entries are stored only in your browser. We never receive them.
• If you subscribe to the newsletter or send a message, we receive the information you submit and use it only for that purpose.

Who we are

This website, NOFAP LEGENDS, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us through our contact page.

Data stored on your device

Our interactive tools save your data in your browser’s local storage, under keys that start with nfl:v1:. This includes challenge goals and reflections, streak dates, habit checklists, saved quotes, urge-tool usage counts, and journal entries. This data stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else, and we cannot access, recover, or delete it for you.

You control this data. You can export it as a file, import it on another device, delete individual items, or delete everything from the progress dashboard. Clearing your browser’s site data also deletes it. On a shared device, other people using the same browser profile may be able to see it.

Information you send us

• Newsletter: your email address and the page you signed up from. We use it only to send the newsletter, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Contact form: your email address, optional name, topic, and message. We use them only to read and respond to your message and keep a record of the conversation.

Forms are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores submissions on our behalf. If we move the newsletter to a dedicated email provider, that provider will process your address on our behalf, and we will update this policy.

Hosting and server logs

Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and requested pages to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to profile you.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this policy before doing so and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Share buttons and external links

Our share buttons are plain links. Nothing is sent to social networks until you click one, at which point that network’s own privacy policy applies. The same is true for links to other websites, including studies and support services.

How long we keep data

We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe, and contact messages for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record, after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, use our contact form and choose “Privacy request”.

Age requirement

This site discusses sexual health and is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change, and we will change the “last updated” date above.
